REGISTRATION FOR THE 2023 OFSC HOUSE LEAGUE SEASON IS NOW OPEN

This registration session will allow you to register for participation in the 2023 OFSC House League Program. Please read the following information carefully to ensure that you understand all registration requirements and deadlines, as all will be strictly applied. 

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE 2023 OFSC HOUSE LEAGUE PROGRAM

No password is required to register for the 2023 OFSC House League Program.  After reviewing all the information on this page and elsewhere on the House League pages of our website, if you would like to register a player for the 2023 OFSC House League Program online, please click on the " CONTINUE " tab at the bottom of this page, which will take you to the online registration form. 

Registration for the 2023 OFSC House League Program will close on April 30, 2023, or at any time before then if all spots are filled in an age group. If you wish to register after April 30, 2023, you will need to contact the OFSC House League Registrar to see if there is any space left. So register early to avoid missing out! Please note that your registration for the 2023 OFSC House League season IS NOT complete until full payment of the 2023 Outdoor Registration Fee is made to OFSC, as set out below.

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION

As spots are limited in our House League Program and are on a first-come, first-served basis, we do encourage all parents to register their child(ren) online early to guarantee their spot in the 2023 OFSC House League Program. As such, if you take advantage of our online registration platform and register your child(ren) for the 2023 OFSC House League season on or before February 28, 2023 you will receive a reduced Early-Bird Registration Fee and reserve your child's spot for the summer. Payment of the Early-Bird Registration Fee is due by February 28, 2023. Please note that your registration for the 2023 OFSC House League season IS NOT considered to be complete until full payment of the Early-Bird Registration Fee is made to OFSC, as set out below.

PAYMENT OF EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION FEE

Payment of the Early-Bird Registration Fee is due and payable by February 28, 2023. Payment will be accepted by cheque payable to Olympic Flame Soccer Club Inc. or by cash payment. Payments can be made to the OFSC House League Registrar on any of February 14, 2023, February 15, 2023, February 21, 2023, February 22, 2023 and February 28, 2023 between 7:00pm and 8:00pm in person at Ellesmere Community Centre. If full payment of the Early-Bird Registration Fee is not made by February 28, 2023, then the regular 2022 Outdoor Registration Fees will instead be charged to complete your registration. So don't miss out on the Early-Bird Registration Fee and register and pay in full by February 28, 2023. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS MADE.

PAYMENT OF REGULAR REGISTRATION FEE

Payment of the 2023 Outdoor Registration Fee is due and payable by April 16, 2023. Payment will be accepted by cheque payable to Olympic Flame Soccer Club Inc. or by cash payment. Payments can be made to the OFSC House League Registrar on any of April 18, 2023, April 19, 2023, April 25, 2023 and April 26, 2023 between 7:00pm and 8:00pm in person at Ellesmere Community Centre.

MAKE SURE TO NOTE THESE DATES ON YOUR CALENDAR!!!

REFUND POLICY

A FULL REFUND LESS A $50.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE ISSUED BEFORE THE SEASON BEGINS.  AFTER THE FIRST WEEK OF PLAY, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. ANY CHEQUES RETURNED N.S.F. SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A $30.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE.
